Sydney Crossfit Training was founded by George Dimitriou. George discovered Crossfit early in his undergraduate career and enjoyed the workout, but found some of the communities intimidating and unwelcoming. He founded Sydney Crossfit Training to provide a welcoming environment for Crossfitters. SCT accepts people of all fitness levels and offers training and classes to people of all ages, from teenagers to the elderly.
At the outset of his fitness adventure, George Dimitriou shed 80 pounds. Despite the difficulties, he found skills, resources, and reasons to keep him on his three-year journey to better health and happiness. He knows what it's like to battle with being overweight and sticking to new training routines as a personal trainer. His experience encouraged him to put what he'd learned into practice and assist others permanently reduce weight!
George Dimitriou is a personal trainer who works with those who are new to working out or who are apprehensive to begin a routine. George's goal is to help others feel strong, healthy, confident, and most importantly, happy.
